Rampart Properties was formed in 1975 to provide professional community association management and consulting services to the Tampa Bay area.  Rampart provides quality and innovation in community management services to condominium, homeowner and cooperative associations as well as consulting services to developers and financial institutions.

At Rampart Properties we believe that our obligation to our clients goes well beyond the monthly operating report and demands a candid accounting of our successes and failures.  We seek longevity in our relationships with our clients and we know that performance is the only way to insure it.

Rampart Properties was awarded the prestigous designation of ACCREDITED ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY (AAMC) by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) www.caionline.org in 1994.  Rampart is one of approximately 135 firms nationwide that have achieved this coveted designation.  Rampart was recognized by CAI for meeting strict criteria in the areas of financial management, professionalism and customer satisfaction.  AAMC designated management companies agree to abide by CAI's Code of Ethics for Managers and must comply with CAI's strict standards in the areas of insurance, manager education and financial reporting.

Our forty-five plus managers are licensed by the State of Florida to provide Community Association Management Services, but as an Accredited Association Management Company we require our managers to further their industry education through in-house educational seminars and CAI courses that enable them to obtain additional designations in the industry.  These designations demonstrate their committment to their careers and their undisputable knowlege of community management.  Our managers hold the following designations Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) www.nbc-cam.org, Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) www.caionline.org.

In addition to our committment to manager education we extend that to our Board Members.  Rampart Properties understands that serving your community as a volunteer Board Member is often a difficult task.  Therefore, throughout the year we host seminars for our clients to help them efficiently and effectively govern their association.  Some of our seminars include an annual Leadership Forum, seminars for Presidents and Treasurers, insurance industry updates and legislative seminars to provide our clients with timely information on new laws affecting community associations.
